FTF Trade Calculator (“FTF Calculator”, “we”, “us”) is an independent fan-made reference and tool site for the Roblox game Flee the Facility. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

Browser local storage

The calculator, inventory, and settings features store data directly in your browser's local storage on your own device. This includes your theme preference, calculator settings, your last saved trade, and your local inventory. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us unless you choose to enable cloud sync.

Analytics (Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager)

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site. These services set cookies, use web beacons, and process your IP address to produce aggregated, anonymous statistics such as page views, approximate location, and device type. This data helps us improve the site and cannot be used to identify you personally.

Discord login and cloud sync (Appwrite)

If you choose to log in with Discord, we use Appwrite to provide authentication and cloud sync. In that case we receive your Discord username, user ID, and avatar, and we store the inventory and trade records you save to the cloud so they can be restored on other devices. A device ID is generated in your browser to associate your device with your account. Cloud data is stored securely by our hosting provider.

3. Cookies

We use the following categories of cookies:

• Necessary cookies — such as your theme and layout preferences. These make the site work as you expect.
• Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure usage as described above.
• Advertising cookies — in the future, Google AdSense and its partners may set cookies or use similar technologies (including web beacons and advertising IDs) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. These cookies allow Google and its partners to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visitingGoogle Ads Settings.

5. Third-party services

We use third-party service providers to operate the site, including Google (analytics and advertising), Appwrite (authentication and cloud storage), and Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery). Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and our agreements with them. Because ads may be served on this site, third-party vendors — including Google — use cookies to serve and measure ads, and third-party ad networks may use cookies to build profiles of your interests.

6. Data retention and deletion

Local storage data can be cleared at any time through your browser's settings. If you want cloud data associated with your Discord login removed, contact us at[email protected] and we will delete it within a reasonable time.

7. Children's privacy

FTF Calculator is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Login with Discord requires an account that Discord only provides to users who meet its age requirements. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. If you are in the EEA or UK, we rely on our legitimate interests to operate the site and measure its usage, and you may contact us or your local data protection authority at any time.
